Shipping Policy

Orders may be placed 24 hours a day.

Orders will be processed the day they are received and will be shipped with in 1-2 days depending on the time the order was received.

At the end of the day, the order is processed, you'll receive an "Order Acknowledgement Report" via email. It will note if an order is "In-Process" or "Backordered".

All items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. Sometimes we may be temporarily out of stock on a particular item. If this occurs, we will notify you of any delay. P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped Parcel Post. Descriptive or typographical errors are subject to correction.

Ground shipping charges:

TOTAL SHIPPING for all orders shipped  ground will be free until January 2009.
Additional charges apply to oversized items.
3-5 day service: add $5 to ground charges listed above.
2-day service: add $10 to ground charges listed above.
1-day service: add $20 to ground charges listed above.

Fuel Surcharge: A temporary charge of $1.42 Fuel Surcharge is added to each order

Return Policy

All items must be returned in the original manufacturers packaging along with all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Please provide a reason for the return.

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS: A return authorization number is required, and must be requested within 90 days of invoice date. We will not provide replacement or give credit for items that are modified, damaged or abused. There will be a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged Goods Policy

DEFECTIVE RETURNS: A return authorization number must be requested within 90 days of the invoice date. When requesting the return authorization number, please indicate the nature of the defect. We will promptly issue you a prepaid return label. The replacement item will be sent to you upon receipt of the defective unit. Providing your e-mail address will expedite receipt of the prepaid label. Please refer to the manufacturers warranty on any defective items exceeding the initial 90 day period.

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES: Damages and shortages must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Please inspect items immediately before signing for delivery. The shipper will arrange for pick up of the item and a replacement will be sent out upon receipt of the damaged product.

Backorder Policy

At the end of the day the order is processed, you'll receive an "Order Acknowledgement Report" via email. It will note if an order is "In-Process" or "Backordered". If the item is backordered you can cancel the order. If you do not cancel the order the item will be processed for purchase when it becomes available.
